Mia LePage discovered her passion for the entertainment industry at a young age through dance, on-camera performance, and digital content creation. With a lifelong background as a performer, she developed a deep appreciation for both the creative and business sides of the industry, inspiring her to pursue opportunities that bridge talent and representation.
A true Philly girl at heart, Mia earned her bachelor’s degree in Media Studies and Production from Temple University, where she gained hands-on experience in media, production, and digital storytelling while strengthening her understanding of the business of entertainment and honing her professional networking skills. During her final semester, she studied in Los Angeles and interned with Clear Talent Group, gaining firsthand experience within a talent agency environment. That same semester, Mia was inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success in recognition of her academic achievement and leadership.
Mia’s leadership and creative impact have earned her unique opportunities, including invitations to the Pennsylvania Governor’s Residence for Governor Josh Shapiro’s inaugural College Day of Action and a Content Creator Holiday Brunch, highlighting her ability to connect creative influence with community engagement. As a professional dancer, Mia performed as a member of the NBA Philadelphia 76ers’ Squad 76 and alongside artists including Keke Palmer, CeCe Peniston, and Lay Bankz. She has also worked as a production assistant on multiple Netflix projects, providing valuable experience and a well-rounded perspective of the industry both in front of and behind the scenes.
Now an Assistant in MSA’s Creative Department, Mia supports agents and creatives with a collaborative and detail-oriented approach, combining strong organization, proactive communication, and a genuine passion for building lasting relationships while fostering meaningful careers in entertainment.
