Alyssa Renard was born and raised in Los Angeles and began dancing at the age of two. As she grew older, she knew she wanted to pursue a career in entertainment and the arts. She trained through the Scholarship Program at the Performing Arts Center in Los Angeles and went on to work professionally as a dancer, dance teacher, and in different aspects of production.
Following an injury, Alyssa was determined to remain an active part of the dance community. This led her to the world of talent representation, where she joined McDonald Selznick Associates at the end of 2019 as a Jr. Agent and has since grown into her current role as the Associate Director of the Creative Department.
Drawing from her deep passion for dance and the arts, Alyssa is devoted to shaping and guiding her clients’ careers while fiercely advocating for the rights of choreographers and creatives, ensuring they are respected, protected, and truly taken care of.
Witnessing her clients’ hard work come to fruition is her greatest joy, and working on this side of the industry feels full circle; one she can’t imagine stepping away from.
