Born and raised in Phoenix Arizona, Talia Favia has had a career many contemporary choreographers would only dream about. With her artistic and passionate approach to her work, she has broken barriers and has made an  immense contribution to the contemporary dance community which has garnered the utmost respect from dancers and peers. In 2014 Favia created and founded The Difference Between Dance Company which began in Phoenix, AZ and moved   to Los Angeles. The theater is not the only place you will see Talia’s captivating choreography. She has also choreographed for major television shows such as So You Think You Can Dance, Dancing with the Stars and World Of Dance. Favia’s stand out routines resonate with millions of people all around the world.  Her work has been described as “transformative from the inside out” and the reason why she is sought after by  many music artists and dancers of all generations. She is on the  faculty of the touring dance convention RADIX where she continues to share her knowledge and insight  with  the next generation of dancers and choreographers.
