Kris Russell & Michael David Glover are a Rolling Stone featured Directing, Creative Producing & Writing duo working across Stage & Screen. Two of the UK’s highly anticipated emerging multi-hyphenate talents.
Both from acting and dance backgrounds, Kris has had the pleasure of working both within stage and screen projects such as ‘Red’ by John Logan, ‘Game’ by Mike Barlett, Tom Hooper’s ‘Les Misérables’ and Lone Scherfig’s ‘The Riot Club’. Michael has worked on both sides of the camera from roles in ‘Mr. Selfridges’, ‘Call the Midwife’ and ‘The Winsor’s’ to working production on Rian Johnson’s ‘Star Wars: Episode VII – The Last Jedi’.
Working across the US, UK & Europe, Russell & Glover were responsible for the artistic creation of the largest production show to return to a Caesars Entertainment property in Las Vegas. Many media outlets have praised the creatives for their understanding of creating new innovative entertainment offerings. Their Multi-Million-Dollar production Inferno that was set to open on Broadway March 2020, was listed within Rolling Stone magazine’s top six Production Shows.
Mentored through their career by eight-time Tony Award winning Broadway producer Jefferey Richards, Russell & Glover have been described as ‘the future powerhouses of creative content across stage and screen’.
Kris & Michael most recently have been working onboard a large-scale feature together with James Corden’s projection company Fulwell 73. With an innovative outlook the duo approaches all creative endeavors with a commercial understanding and outlook.
