As a Director, Producer, Choreographer and Dancer, Pam has been working professionally in the entertainment industry for over 20 years. She recently won her first Daytime Emmy for Disney Parks Holiday Christmas Parade where she was on the team as Co Creative Producer. Pam has worked extensively in the world of live stage performances having written and directed Cheer Live and Co-Wrote and Co-Directed Dancing with the Stars Dare to be Different Tour. She serves as Creative Producer/Associate Director for the New Kids on the Block Vegas Residency The Right Stuff and has recently worked with Boyz II Men, Lisa, Justin Timberlake, J Balvin and Madison Beer.

Pam has produced on numerous television shows including Disney’s Holiday Special, Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, Fox’s We Are Family, Pentatonix Around the World for the Holidays, Amazon’s Primetime Special Kid Cudi X Space, Rupaul’s Drag Race, The Kids Tonight Show, Disney Fam Jam, RuPaul’s Secret Celebrity Drag Race, Fox’s Game of Talents and NBC’s Bring the Funny.

As a Dancer, Pam has performed with iconic artists including Britney Spears, Jennifer Lopez, Katy Perry, Rolling Stones, Demi Lovato and Florence and the Machine. She’s also performed for Cirque du Soleil and in the Radio City Rockettes Christmas Spectacular.

While continuing to work in live stage and television, Pam is currently Convention Director for Revive Dance Convention where she connects with and mentors young dancers.
