Felix “FeFe” Burgos is a Puerto Rican-born choreographer and performance director whose work defines the modern live stage at a global level. After beginning his professional training in New York City under influential mentors including Rhapsody James and Luam Keflezgy, Burgos relocated to Los Angeles to establish himself within the highest tier of the entertainment industry.
As a performer, he appeared on major platforms including the MTV Video Music Awards, Grammy Awards, BET Awards, and Billboard Music Awards, working alongside artists such as Chris Brown, Jennifer Lopez, and Usher. That experience on the world’s biggest stages informs his approach to choreography today — precise, cinematic, and engineered for scale.
For the past eight years, Burgos has served as choreographer and performance director for global Latin superstar Rauw Alejandro, leading movement direction across music videos, televised award performances, and international tours. His choreography for “Touching The Sky” earned a VMAs nomination for Best Choreography in a Music Video, solidifying his reputation for innovative, culturally resonant movement at the highest commercial level.
As Performance Director for the Cosa Nuestra World Tour, Burgos helped architect one of the most ambitious and forward-thinking Latin touring productions in recent years. The tour received a Latin Tour of the Year nomination at the Pollstar Awards, marking a significant achievement within the global touring industry. His work has been recognized by major publications including Rolling Stone and Billboard for its scale, innovation, and cultural impact.
Through his movement direction, Burgos has choreographed and overseen performances featuring artists such as Shakira, Karol G, Eladio Carrión, and Álvaro Díaz — consistently delivering work that merges cultural authenticity with arena-level execution.
In addition to his commercial career, Burgos remains a respected educator and mentor, serving on faculty with leading conventions including Monsters of Hip Hop, Kaos Dance Convention, JUMP Dance Convention, and 24 Seven Dance Convention, shaping the next generation of performers and choreographers nationwide.
