Based in New York City, Dylan Pearce has over 24 years in the industry with credits as an educator, dancer, choreographer, and director. You can catch Dylan in and around New York teaching and choreographing for The Rockettes Conservatory, Broadway Dance Center, Pace Commercial Dance Program, Ailey/Fordham BFA Program and sharing his infectious energy with countless studios and programs around the country. He is also a founder and co-director for DEViATE Dance and The Process, a new kind of dance convention and competition that aims to recreate real-world professional experiences to help students grow as artists and bring them closer to a career in the arts.

Dylan is an Associate Choreographer for the Radio City Rockettes. Over the past 14 years with The Rockettes, Dylan has held roles as both a performer and choreographer for stage, television, and digital content, including collaborations with artists like Dua Lipa, ABBA, and Pit Bull, and has choreographed for the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and Christmas in Rockefeller Center. He led the creative vision for Kate Spade, directing and choreographing their 2021 Summer and Fall campaigns, celebrating the vibrance of New York City through dance in digital, out of home, and social media formats. Most recently, Dylan directed and choreographed two shows aboard MSC’s newest ship The Seascape.

Dylan’s classes focus on challenging your versatility through strong musicality and storytelling in an energetic and judgment-free setting. He is passionate about promoting a warm and welcoming environment where you feel safe to make choices and find freedom in his movement. Drawing from many influences, Dylan’s classes are rooted in technique and range in style, that work to integrate your artistic and technical abilities while pushing you to the next level. Giving you the opportunity to have a point of view in his movement, you will leave feeling energized and empowered as a performer. His goal and passion as an educator is to uplift and inspire young artists to go after their dreams.
