Dylan Pearce is a versatile artist based in New York City with a thriving career as a dancer, choreographer, director, educator, and entrepreneur. Currently on faculty at Broadway Dance Center and Peridance, he shares his expertise and passion for dance with aspiring performers.
Dylan’s career includes being the Associate Choreographer for the world-renowned Radio City Rockettes. For the past 12 years, he has contributed his talents as both a performer and choreographer for the Rockettes’ stage productions, television appearances, and digital content. Collaborating with acclaimed artists such as Dua Lipa, Abba, and Pit Bull, Dylan has left his mark on various projects. Notably, he choreographed performances for the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and Christmas in Rockefeller Center in 2021.
Dylan’s distinct choreography has also been featured in videos, including those by Amy Lynn & The Honey Men and the 2021 Broadway Bares production, “Closet Diva,” which supported the non-profit organization Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. Demonstrating his commitment to fostering artistic growth, Dylan has choreographed for studios and universities across the country. As the founder and co-director of DEViATE Dance and The Process, he has created a unique dance convention and competition that simulates real-world professional experiences, empowering students to develop as artists.
During the challenging times of the pandemic, Dylan utilized social media as a platform to spread positivity through dance. He conceived, choreographed, and directed a series of short dance films that uplifted and inspired viewers. One of these films served as the inspiration for Kate Spade’s summer campaign in 2021, where Dylan took on the role of director and choreographer, showcasing the vibrant spirit of New York City through captivating dance sequences in digital, print, out-of-home, and social media formats.
In addition to his extensive portfolio, Dylan directed and choreographed two shows on board MSC Cruise Lines for RWS Entertainment, further expanding his reach as a creative force in the industry. His exceptional talent and creative vision brought these productions to life, captivating audiences on the high seas.
Dylan remains a lifelong student, constantly seeking opportunities to learn and grow as an artist. As a performer, Dylan’s talent has graced televised and staged productions, including Off-Broadway in Shea Sullivan’s ‘Dancing on a Dream,’ the WNBA All-Star Halftime Show, and pageants like Miss New Jersey, Miss New York, and The Miss Florida pageants. He has performed at notable events such as The Michael Awards, Trump Plaza, Equity Fights AIDS, Knicks City Dancers, RayBan and Rite Aid industrials, and the International Dance Festival in NYC. Additionally, Dylan has served as a backup dancer for international recording artists Tina Ann and Brenda K. Starr, as well as a company dancer in the renowned modern company, Momix. He also took on the role of dance captain for Walt Disney World’s “Twas The Night Before Christmas,” and toured the world, performing and setting shows for Princess and Norwegian Cruise Lines.
