Tina Oleff, originally from Cleveland, Ohio, began her dance training at age six where she also danced competitively. She started teaching at 16 and later continued her studies in Dance at Arizona State University.

She relocated to New York City to train at Broadway Dance Center, Steps on Broadway, and Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, immersing herself in the dance community, assisting faculty, and building lasting professional relationships. Tina also taught extensively throughout the New York metropolitan area.

Tina holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts and Marketing from Marymount Manhattan College and has a diverse professional background, including production experience with top dance conventions and competitions, working as an assistant for a prominent on-air sports broadcaster at ESPN, and prior experience at another leading dance agency. This combination of dance, production, broadcast, and agency experience gives her a unique perspective on the industry.

She is currently an agent in the Talent and Education Departments at MSA Agency, supporting MSA KATS and collaborating with leading educators and choreographers. Tina leverages her skills and network to support young artists, connect educators and choreographers with meaningful opportunities, and help all industry professionals achieve their goals. Passionate about mentorship and collaboration, she believes every artist and educator has the potential to dream boldly, shine brightly, and achieve great things.
