Rebecca Harrell Mills first joined McDonald Selznick Associates in 2014, quickly becoming an integral part of the New York office as the Commercial and Print Agent. During her nine-year tenure, she booked clients on various commercials, print campaigns, music videos, and more.
Following her time at MSA, Rebecca returned to her hometown of Raleigh, NC to serve as a Senior Account Executive at a marketing firm, further honing her skills in client relations and strategic planning.
In 2025, Rebecca rejoined MSA as the Director of Internal Affairs for both coasts. With a deep appreciation for MSA’s legacy and an unwavering commitment to its clients and internal team, she now plays a key role in guiding operations and supporting the continued growth of the agency.
Rebecca holds a bachelor’s degree in business management with a minor in dance from Elon University.
