A graduate of Florida State University, Scot Reynolds began his career at David Shapira & Associates in 2012 where he started as an assistant before becoming a Junior agent and servicing clients of his own.
In 2014, Reynolds left for Clear Talent Group where he spent six years working in the Theatrical department in the LA office while being pivotal in the creation of the Digital department and partnership with Producer Entertainment Group representing the top Drag Queens in the country. In the fall of 2020, Scot transitioned to Management working at Armada Partners for a year while also getting into Producing acquiring his first film, a Documentary from Korea titled PLEASE MAKE ME LOOK PRETTY, as an Executive Producer finding US Distribution.
In November of 2021 he moved to Rothman/Andrés where he spent three years before taking the Director of Theatrical position at MSA. Scot Reynolds also served on the Associates Board of the Hollywood Radio & Television Society for 2 years where he helped create events, and putting together industry panels with guests that included top Producers and Studio Execs.
