Carnival to Honor Julie McDonald
MSA Founder Julie McDonaldOn Wednesday, January 27th the Choreographers Carnival will honor MSA founder Julie McDonald for pioneering the representation of dancers and choreographers.  Her tireless effort built the foundation for an entirely new industry, the dance agency.

She inspired others to follow, and together they developed better working terms and conditions for dancers and choreographers in the entertainment industry.  In addition, Julie co-created the American Choreography Awards, the only event specifically devoted to the recognition of choreographic excellence.  The ACA's ran for an incredible 10 years and spawned the subsequent Choreography Media Honors.

Now in its 11th year, the Choreographers Carnival is a monthly showcase for choreographers and dancers.  For more information on Carnival, visit www.thechoreographerscarnival.com
